Evaluation: Strengthening CSOs in Ukraine
This is an evaluation of the Children's Resilience Fund, phase 2, which was implemented by Integrity Action and Crown Agents Ukraine between September 2024 and October 2025. Organisational development support and grants were provided to 16 Ukrainian CSOs, each of whom were working to rehabilitate children, support caregivers, strengthen child protection systems, and improve access to essential services.
The evaluation was conducted by independent consultants Maksym Klyuchar and Khrystyna Rybachok. It reviews our effectiveness in delivering the programme, as well as providing a look into the project delivery and impact of four of the supported CSO.
